The FloaterCoater is designed to dispense all types of ubricants, from honey oil to vanishing oils, in a precise, controlled coating on coil stock.

Two air cylinders on each side of the FloaterCoater open the rolls for the coil stock. Once the stock is loaded, the FloaterCoater is closed with springs, and the coil is held firmly between the rollers.

The lubricant - from a remote reservoir - is moved to the FloaterCoater by a diaphragm pump. An Electronic Controller opens and closes a solenoid valve, allowing lubricant to feed the unit in precise synchronization with the press.
